VisionX monitors every MCCS element around the clock, alerts the Network Operations Centre (NOC) to critical events and supports cyber security through role-based access, keeping operations resilient.
Key Features
System Health
A complete overview of the MCCS in a single view. Active and sent SNMP traps appear alongside live CPU, memory and drive usage of the different elements, together with their latest events. The dashboard refreshes automatically, making a dropped connection immediately visible.
Consoles
Every connected console and its state in one searchable list. Click through to view device info, user settings, connected devices, performance and uptime history, and export its logs in one click.
Servers
Compare CPU, memory and disk usage across all servers in card or table view. Values above their threshold are highlighted, making a server under pressure stand out before it fails.
SNMP Traps
Every fault is recorded with its source, host, component and priority. Critical traps are forwarded to a NOC or service desk and stay active until the matching clear trap is received. Filter on a wide range of criteria, including period, dispatcher position and software version, and export the results to CSV.
KPI Analytics
Dashboards show call volumes per type, failed calls, queue time, login activity per dispatcher position and license utilization. An activity heatmap reveals peak hours for better staffing and maintenance planning.

Full traceability across the system
VisionX collects SIP, application and error logs from every console and servers. Logs are exported in one click and SNMP traps to CSV, giving engineers the data needed for root-cause analysis.
Real-Time&History
Live status, full history
Select any date within the configured history period to see the status of every element exactly as it was at that moment: its settings, connected devices, performance and uptime. Incidents can be analysed afterwards, even when the problem has already disappeared.

FAQ

VisionX is installed on-premise as part of your MCCS infrastructure. Users open it in any modern browser on the local network or via VPN, on desktop or tablet.

All dispatch consoles and the MCCS backend servers, including their applications, connections and resources.

VisionX sends SNMP traps for application restarts, console connection loss and SIP link status. Each trap stays active until the matching clear trap is received.

Users log in via the rCloud portal. Users have access to all overviews, administrators can also manage users and their settings.

The history retention period is configurable.
