The application offers a user-friendly web interface that makes it easy to navigate and access recorded files. The main page of the application has a simple layout consisting of four sections: administrator actions, source selection, media player, and recording table. With this streamlined design, users can quickly and efficiently find and play recordings.

Visualize audio waveforms for easy playback

With this feature, users can easily navigate through the recording and locate specific sections they need to review or analyze. The waveform display provides a clear visualization of the recording, enabling users to identify changes in sound intensity or frequency. This increases productivity by saving time and effort.

Ensure regulatory compliance

The application offers robust user and permission management features that enable administrators to create, modify, and delete users and user groups. It also allows administrators to assign specific permissions. The application includes a logbook feature that tracks user activity, such as recording, playbacks, and downloads.

The application comes equipped with various filters and a powerful search function that allows users to easily locate specific recordings based on parameters such as time, user and groups, or metadata.

Find, play, and extract recordings

The application offers a download feature that permits authorised users to download selected files. It also displays relevant meta-data to facilitate the search for specific recordings or incidents. Users can flag recordings for future reference, and the application can be configured to automatically delete recordings after a designated time period.

Content moderation with censoring functionality

The software features an integrated censoring function, enabling users to select and flag specific segments of recordings for censorship. Once censored, the user can then download the edited clip, providing a streamlined process for managing sensitive content.

RideOnTrack’s voice recording software offers high-quality audio capture with minimal data usage. It utilizes the G.711 codec for RTP streams over UDP, ensuring clear voice recordings below 100kbps.

Standalone or Integrated Configuration

The software can be used as a standalone, or as an integration with RideOnTracks MCCS dispatching software suite. When integrated, the MCCS dispatch client can perform the recording.

Redundancy and Multi-Server Synchronization
