Contract renewal with SETER
RideOnTrack is pleased to announce the renewal of our Maintenance Contract with SETER, continuing our partnership in supporting the critical communication infrastructure for the Dakar-AIBD railway 🚉 .
This renewal underscores SETER‘s continued confidence in RideOnTrack’s solutions and expertise, ensuring the ongoing safety, reliability, and efficiency of its mission-critical railway communications.
Our collaboration with SETER began in 2019, marked by the successful implementation of RideOnTrack’s MCCS Dispatching Solution, fully integrated with the Huawei Telecom infrastructure as well as SETER‘s Zenitel SIP endpoint devices. The proven reliability and consistent performance of our solution over the past years have led SETER to extend this valuable partnership.
Under the renewed agreement, RideOnTrack will further enhance and expand its services within SETER‘s mission-critical communication system. Additionally, SETER will transition from previously outsourced support operations (managed by Equans) to in-house management, supported by RideOnTrack. To facilitate this transition, RideOnTrack delivered comprehensive training last year, equipping SETER staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to efficiently manage daily operational tasks.
We thank all involved parties for their contributions and look forward to continuing our successful partnership with SETER.
