Strategy Meets Teamwork
We recently held our annual company event, bringing teams together to review progress, discuss future plans, and take part in team-building activities.
Event Highlights:
📊 Financial Overview & Roadmap
We presented a comprehensive update on our financial performance over the past year and outlined key objectives for 2025.
📈 Long-Term Vision
Our leadership shared an update on the 5-year business plan, focusing on sustainable growth, technological innovation, and operational resilience.
🔐 Security Initiatives
We reviewed ongoing efforts around cybersecurity, including our continued alignment with ISO27001 requirements.
👥 Sharing Knowledge to Drive Future Innovation
As part of the day, our engineering and operations teams shared updates on the technologies and projects they’ve worked on over the past year, along with a look ahead at upcoming developments.
Highlights included our FRMCS and MCX technology roadmap, updates to the CodiTrack Measurement Platform, and improvements to systems currently in use at customer sites.
These sessions helped strengthen cross-team collaboration and ensure key insights and expertise are shared company-wide.
Team Building:
To close out the event, the team enjoyed clay pigeon shooting and quad biking near the Belgium–France border—an active and informal setting to reinforce collaboration and communication beyond the day-to-day.
Moments like these help us reconnect, break silos, and stay aligned around shared goals as we continue growing together.
