Reflection on Strategy and Teamwork

This week, we wrapped up our annual RideOnTrack 2026 team event — three days that brought the whole team together for learning, innovation, strategy, and a few surprises. 😯

We kicked things off with a full day dedicated to the people who build and support our products every day. Engineers, developers, QA and support shared what they’ve been working on. From new product releases to innovation roadmaps and a continued push on cybersecurity. Seeing the depth of knowledge and ambition across the team is always a reminder of what we’re capable of.

The second day took us offsite, where we reflected on our 2025 business results, sharpened our strategic direction and explored new opportunities on the horizon. A year of real milestones. New partnerships, connections and innovations. We have set a clear, ambitious path ahead through our 5-year growth plan. After the strategy session, we swapped the meeting room for the open water, taking part in a powerboat 🚤 🌊 teambuilding experience that pushed everyone well outside their comfort zones. Big speeds, bigger smiles, and a well-earned evening of rest and relaxation afterwards.

On the final day we boarded a boat on the waters around Oesterdam, where we discovered how oysters are cultivated and harvested in the tidal waters around Tholen. We learned to open them and we learned to eat them. The results were mixed. Turns out hurtling across the water in a powerboat is significantly less terrifying to some people than a small shellfish on a plate. You know who you are… 🦪⚠️
