RideOnTrack at InnoTrans 2026: Four days of MCX/FRMCS at the heart of the global rail industry
RideOnTrack presented its latest innovations at InnoTrans 2026 in Berlin, the world’s leading trade fair for transport technology. Held every two years, InnoTrans brings the entire rail sector together in one place. For RideOnTrack, this 30th anniversary edition meant four days of live technology, important signings and hundreds of conversations.
RideOnTrack demonstrated all three of its technology domains live. Visitors experienced the complete MCX/FRMCS stack, with the MCX application running on a range of end-user devices. Showcasing the MCX Server, Client SDK and SIP Core. At the stand, visitors also handled live calls on a fully operational MCCS dispatching platform using the MC-X Terminal. Innotrans 2026 was also the launch stage for CodiTrack V2, RideOnTrack’s network performance measurement platform for FRMCS, MCX, GSM-R and public mobile network, with live demonstrations of the rEdge, rProbe and rMobile.
The highlight of the week was the visit of Infrabel CEO Benoît Gilson and Belgian Federal Minister of Mobility Jean-Luc Crucke. During the visit, Infrabel and RideOnTrack signed a new multi-year contract for Infrabel’s Mission-Critical Communication System (MCCS). The contract covers the modernisation of Infrabel’s dispatching platform and renews a partnership that spans more than ten years. RideOnTrack thanks Benoît Gilson, Minister Crucke and the Infrabel delegation for their visit and their continued support of the Belgian railway sector.
RideOnTrack also thanks every customer, partner and contact who visited the stand. The conversations, the ideas exchanged and the trust placed in RideOnTrack are what make InnoTrans the highlight of the rail calendar. Many of those conversations continued at 16:00, when Belgian beer was served at the stand, with Westvleteren as guest of honour.
None of this would have been possible without the team. From building the stand to the last conversation on Friday afternoon, the RideOnTrack team was present and available to every visitor. Their commitment turned four days in Berlin into a success.
We look forward to seeing you at InnoTrans 2028!
