MC-X Dispatch Terminal recognised with European Patent

RideOnTrack has developed the MC-X Dispatch Terminal, an innovative dispatching console for mission-critical environments. It is designed in Europe and intended for use in operational command centres, by emergency services and by dispatch units that rely on real-time communication.

The strength of the MC-X Dispatch Terminal lies in its modular design. A central main body with a touchscreen tablet connects to a handset, a gooseneck microphone and a headset. All of these can be used wired or wireless. This allows each control room to configure the terminal to its own way of working, as a standalone unit or as part of RideOnTrack’s Mission-Critical Communication System (MCCS).

RideOnTrack is proud that this modular concept has now been recognised by the European Patent Office (EPO). After a thorough examination, the EPO granted European Patent EP4425900 for the Modular Dispatcher Console and Elements for a Modular Dispatcher Console. We are delighted to see the innovative character of the MC-X Dispatch Terminal recognised at European level. This recognition strengthens our commitment to developing mission-critical communication solutions in Europe.
